Seeds
Members are able to purchase seeds from Kings Seeds through the Society at a discounted rate, usually 50%. The Society order is usually made in October each year. Please contact us if you’d like further details.
Local Nurseries
There are several garden nurseries local to Winslow. As well as a good source of plants and shrubs, they are always happy to provide help and guidance. Not all the nurseries are open year round, so best to check opening dates and times on their website.
Buckingham Nurseries and Garden Centre, Buckingham – A family run garden centre that also specialises in bare rooted hedging plants and young trees. An extensive range of fruit trees, shrubs, plants, homewares, accessories and landscaping materials. Also make sure to check out the onsite restaurant.
Lakers Nursery, Winslow – A small privately owned nursery offering annual bedding plants, perennials, shrubs, compost, hanging baskets, pots and gardening supplies. There’s also a tea room if you fancy a slice of cake and a cuppa.
